Sunny Weather!

We were so lucky to actually get a sunny 75 degree weekend! Uncle Jesse, Aunt Michelle and Grandpa all came for a visit. We spent some time outdoors soaking up the sun!

HUDSON IS WALKING!

(finally)

Between balancing a bottle in hand, a very large dog and a preschooler... poor Hudson's been knocked down a bit, but he's finally started walking the majority of the time.

He is very proud (and so are we)

Hudson also loves to clap...and to sign...

and pulling the books off the bookshelf. Which must be done several times a day.

Hudson's not a fan of his big brother taking his toys away.

Build-A-Bear... kiddie heaven. Parent hell.

Max was invited to his first birthday party... Braver parents than I'll ever be, they had dinner, cake and we all headed down to Build-A-Bear workshop...
There must have been 15 kids averaging at about 4 years old. It was exhausting, but Max loves his new Spiderman Bear, and we can all say we've experienced Build-A-Bear.

Max picked out the present himself and was very excited about it.

Max and Zia (the birthday boy) are best friends at school... you can really sense the closeness in this photograph.

By the end of the day Max was completely exhausted. So were Jeff and I.

Sharpie

Max took a nap in our bed since his sheets were being changed...

It's been a few days... its fading... but this may take a while.

quarantine

Snow, 80 degree weather... now rain. It's been crappy outside all week.

Max has given us all pink eye... he's very good at sharing.

We are hoping that next week (after the eye drops kick in) we will return to a state of normalcy.

Summer weather

Shortly after our snow, we experienced a few days of 70-80 degree weather...

This combined with an illness in our extended family and my spring break has caused the almost 10 day break in updates.

Lucky Hudson has his new big boy carseat! He loves it and he and Max can hardly stop the giggling.
